Description
The purpose of the Field Training Program is to guide recruit police officers in making a transition from what they learned in the Basic Police Academy and lateral experienced officers with their prior police experience, to perform general law enforcement patrol duties. The program is designed to produce a competent peace officer capable of working solo patrol in a safe, skillful, productive and professional manner.
