Location

CAL FIRE San Mateo-Santa Cruz (CZU) This is a 108-hour block of instruction presented in a modular format through CAL Fire San Mateo-Santa Cruz CZU. Topics include 1st Aid/CPR (Title 22 requirement) and Hazardous Materials Refresher (OSHA requirement). This course will keep students current with new equipment, policies, laws, and skills needed to be prepared in the line of duty. It also prepares the student with command awareness and the control techniques required to effectively manage a fire fighter emergency event should the situation occur. Specific dates and times of training may vary. 2.0 Units of college credit offered through Cabrillo College.
