Fire Company Officer Academy

DescriptionThe Santa Clara County Training Officers would like to present the course curriculum for the 2018 Company Officer Academy. The following series of courses supports the educational knowledge base necessary for developing aspiring Company Officers. The curriculum identifies areas that are critical to the job description common to officers in the Operational Area. Students who register for the series will be required to complete all nine classes of instruction. Students who are not able to complete all nine classes will have the opportunity to make up missed classes the following year. The course curriculum and month of instruction is listed below. Each course will have two separate dates of instruction during the month to allow students greater flexibility in scheduling.
