CSO FTO Academy (San Jose PD)

Description

One week, 40 hour training for current Community Service Officers. Training includes review of the following: Roles and Duty of the CSO, Adult Learning Process, Documentation, Evaluation and Remediation, Communication Skills, Teaching Techniques, Legal Issues, Generational Differences, as well as Practical Exercises and Critique.
